Chocolate is wonderful. Its as simple as that. In fact it is almost impossible to fault. I for sure find that, chocolate must be good for me. Nothing cheers me up more!
But the health benefits of chocolate are far more concrete! Eating just two small bits of chocolate a week can cut the risk of heart failure by up to a third. This study was carried out by researchers from Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, and from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden. It was funded by the Swedish Research Council and published in the peer-reviewed medical journal, Circulation: Heart Failure.
So go ahead and treat yourself! Chocolate is good for the mind, THE BODY and soul.
